DMCA Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

ResizeWizard is a browser extension that runs locally in your browser. It does not host, store, or transmit your content on our systems — your settings and preferences stay on your own device (or within Chrome's sync storage) and never reach us. We nonetheless respect the rights of copyright holders and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512. This policy covers this marketing website (resizewizard.app) and any material you submit to us directly — for example, a message sent through our support form. It does not cover anything the extension does on your device, because that content is never in our possession. This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe material on this website, or material you have submitted to us, infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough information for us to locate it (for example, the page URL on resizewizard.app).
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

Designated agent

DMCA Agent, ResizeWizard — email [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Notice", or use our support form.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the agent above including: your signature; identification of the material and the location where it appeared before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, with consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and to accept service of process from the complaining party.

Repeat infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are repeat infringers.
